Moving from behind the camera to in front of the class.

Well, I suppose it was a matter of time for me. I have had so many people over the years ask me to help them take "better pictures". I just never really thought I would be teaching a photography class per se. Especially where I'm going to be teaching this photography class. I will be teaching my first class in Gent, Belgium. I know what you're thinking.....why don't you just have it in Fort Worth or even Dallas. Well, I have my reasons and for the time I will keep them to myself. So keep a look out next month as I will be posting some amazing photos of not only the class but the architecture of Gent as well.

38 years old....really??

Well today I turned 38 years old. I'm still trying to figure where 30-37 went. I must admit I feel a little older in the mornings than 38 but in my mind I'm still in my mid 20's. I suppose that is a good thing.

Easter hunt at TCU

Today we took Aston to TCU for the annual Easter Egg hunt. He had a blast and got lots of eggs!!!

Recent Aston Portraits

So it has been a while since I got a good portrait shot of Aston. So Jackie and I took the little man out to the Japanese Gardens.

Here are a few and yes I couldn't get him to put the leaf down at all during the pictures.

This one is one of the few pictures that Aston actually looks a bit like me!!

We are walking today!!

So Aston started walking today. He did it while spending the day with me at work. It was the most incredible thing to see him just start taking more than a couple of steps. So proud of him!!!
